I'm a behavior change specialist and personal trainer. I love helping women change unhealthy behaviors, so they can own their decisions, and live in alignment with their values.

Start Small.

When people fall short of making lasting change, it’s often because they’re attempting to make big changes all at once. However, if the focus is, instead, on taking small, positive steps over time, lasting behavior change is more likely to be achieved.

My Process for behavior change:

Introduction:

You provide background information through various assessments, so that you and your coach are well-informed on the key issues, including medical considerations, as appropriate.

Priorities:

During the first 60 minute coaching session, you identify your priorities and develop a personal wellness plan including a vision, three month goals and the first steps.

Commitment:

In subsequent 45 minute coaching sessions, each week, month, or quarter, you and your coach review the progress toward your vision and goals, resolve your most pressing issues, and agree on a set of goals for the following week.
